During Computer Science Education Week, Winthrop students participated in the Hour of Code event hosted by Code.org. Over 10 millions students across the world learned one hour of code during the week. The global initiative is to demystify coding and show that anyone, any age can learn to code. The students loved playing Minecraft and Star Wars themed tutorials that taught problem solving, logic and creativity.
